Regeneration Design Studio, established in 2015, is a full-service design atelier known for its contemporary values of modernism and minimalism. Clean lines, pure forms and bright spaces inform our aesthetic vocabulary. We believe well designed spaces embody the essence of its inhabitants, the community and society overall.
Our team is passionate about working with adventurous clients who believe inspired design creates positive change.
Listening builds the foundation of our process. We explore, research, sketch, draw, collaborate and distill ideas to create intelligent, joyful and warm spaces. A relentless pursuit of integrity in design results in delivering high quality projects that are tailored to our clients’ needs. We believe in taking on ambitious projects, large or small that are awesome to live, work, play and rest in.
The studio is conceived as a collaborative practice offering building design, spacial design, interior design and project management services for residential and commercial projects.
OUR TEAM
Hitesh Neb
Principal | B Arch. Sci.
Born in New Delhi, India, Hitesh moved to Canada for his post secondary education in 2007. He graduated from the Architecture and Building Engineering Technology Diploma program at BCIT in 2010 and started his career in the offices of Formwerks Architectural Inc., a high end residential architectural firm in Vancouver, BC. Hitesh returned to school in 2013 to complete his degree in Architectural Sciences, and subsequently established Regeneration Design Studio in 2015.
Christopher Bland
Senior Technologist | B Arch. Sci.
Chris began his post-secondary education studying engineering at UBC but soon switched to Architectural Science at BCIT which promised more avenues for a creative experimentation. After graduating he worked on high end residential towers and mixed-use commercial buildings. In 2017, he reconnected with his former BCIT classmate Hitesh and joined Regeneration Design Studio shortly thereafter. In his time at RDS, he has been an integral part of team contributing to the success of our most exciting projects so far.
Lindsey Sterling
Technologist | B.A.Com, Dipl. Tech
Lindsey received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication at the University of Washington, and then went to pursue architecture at BCIT, graduating with a Diploma in Architecture and Building Technology. She started her career in the multi-family sector where she worked on townhome and condo developments. Since then she has made the transition to single family residential, as smaller projects and finer details of architecture is a focus she is passionate about.
